Notifying your on call staff of a room has never been easier!!

Once you're connected through Off The Couch and a booking comes in, it lands inside RoomCTRL, that game time is checked against your staff schedule and then alerts the staff member scheduled for that room, it's that EASY!!

All of this is fully customizable inside RoomCTRL and our mobile app is included totally free.

This is how you make staffing easy!

Did you know that RoomCTRL is integrated with Off The Couch??

Connect your Off The Couch account once and your bookings can arrive in RoomCTRL by themselves.

New bookings, time changes, cancellations, all seen right inside RoomCTRL for your Game Masters to see without having to switch screens.

From there, how much it does is up to you! RoomCTRL can look at who is working that room that day from our built in staff scheduling and tell them a booking has come in. If nobody is scheduled, it can tell your managers instead, so an uncovered game gets caught days ahead rather than on the morning.

You can also have it message anyone marked on call to come in before the game starts, with the time and the venue.

Each of those is a setting you turn on per venue, so you can start with just the bookings and add the rest when you are ready.

"Once we decided to reach out and try RoomCTRL, we never looked back." 🔑

Joe at HomeTown Escapes was looking for a change. He looked at several options before landing on RoomCTRL......then made the move.

Easy transition. Easy to train his game masters on. And it did everything they needed, plus more.

Thanks Joe. 🙏

I've been in the escape room industry for over 8 years and I've trained a lot of Game Masters. And for the longest time training each one was always a little different......I would implement things, but if a process changed we had to change a manual, a document, something.

If this sounds familiar, what if you Game Master software could handle all of your new hire training?

RoomCTRL has 4 built in training modules fully included!
📍- NO EXTRA COST
📍- Each module is fully editable to fit your location
📍- Create quizzes inside each training module
📍- Make certain items to have a 'Manager Sign-Off' to ensure complete understanding.

This is all free for you to tree for 60 days, no card, no contract....its that simple.
