“ALLAURA” quilt is done and delivered to a very happy Mama and Allaura (who has to wait until Mama is done cherishing it). There is a second smaller one that goes to a special YiaYia soon for her birthday.
It was a long and wonderful labor of love, punctuated by the need for a pacemaker and some complications which seem all worked out. JESUS. Check out the finished blanket and the video.

Back at the “Allaura” quilt. Front is done and this is a practice one I made from left overs … next the full sized one to be sandwiched and quilted … 😍🎀

This quilt is called Allaura and is for her Mama, cause she is growing up so fast! It had to take a pause this winter, but here is most of the front. It needs a pink edging and then it will be ready for
I will repost when I get to that point.
This will be 78x90 when done. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with the task.
Hope this inspires.

I haven’t posted or been in my studio for a while this year, but I AM BACK!
Just finished up this beautiful Spiderman quilt (41 inches square) that is going to Canada for a special little boy. It is and I decided to make one big spider web! I am really happy with how it turned out. Hope you all enjoy it!

all 12 base squares are done! Now for sashing and for the dresses that are just laying on top at present.
I think we are going with the cream colored sashing.
