Pazziโ€™s new body of work showcases the development of the artist's subconscious musings, passions, and investigations over the past decade of living in New York. Using acrylic paint as his primary vehicle of expression - inspired by human connections, romantic delusions, and a signature vibrant palette - Pazzi stylistically arrives at the intersection of Pop-Art and Surreal Minimalism. His compositional precision creates deeply personal, often dark yet whimsical paintings strike at the core of our primal fears, joys, and desires. In a way, these depictions develop into his very own self-portraits and often combine bright colors and humor. Drawing inspirations from archival Harperโ€™s Bazaar advertisements, inner workings of his dreams, and the close ties to the studio of the late John Wesley, Pazzi creates a world of his own.

Howard Fondaโ€™s work employs abstraction, representation and pattern in a single compositionโ€”while drawing from influences ranging from mythological narratives to Aboriginal textiles. Fondaโ€™s pointillism paintings require deep levels of contemplation, offering viewers a chance to discover their introspective and philosophical meanings.

Karin Gulbranโ€™s work has a distinct lexicon centered around her examination of and fascination with elements of nature. While inspired by natural forms, Gulbran work conveys emotions through a tactile interplay of glazed surfaces, alternating from smooth to rough and matte to glossy.

Rare Bird (2021), an expressionistic sculpture highlighting Gulbranโ€™s emotionally intuitive creative process, captures the beauty and essence of an animal as a vessel.

Erika Keck's works start with the traditional formal notions of a painting as an anchor point then quickly depart from there, interjecting a sense of play and inquisition by making non-traditional use and misuse of traditional painting materials. The works frequently include pieces of acrylic paint that have been highly layered and reworked, creating multi-textured surfaces and structures that straddle the line between a painting and a sculpture. Though these process-based works of art are highly abstract in their completion they typically begin with personal narratives, anxieties and preoccupations by the artist.

Nate Lowman creates Neo-pop artworks drawing on images from various sources - including news, mass media, or art history - which are thematically critical of the world and tinged with irony. Harvey Tree Variation (2022) depicts influences of American pop art and unconstrained abstraction of color field painting while indistinguishably linked to a contemporary sociopolitical context. Satellite imagery depicting hurricanes that have afflicted the United States coastline teeters on the brink of violence and destruction reminiscent of Warholโ€™s Death and Disaster series. Lowman's interpolations of technological and technical images serve as an iconographic stand-in for lived chaos - a straightforward visual riddled with abstract inaccuracy (while depicting factual events) that builds upon the conversation of the world in which we live.

โœจSebastian Errazuriz's Bird Chandelier is a unique piece of art that combines design, sculpture, and lighting. The Crystal chandelier features 3D printed birds arranged in a circular formation, with each bird mounted on a bulb socket that emits light.

The birds are arranged in a way that creates the impression of flight, with their wings and bodies in various positions. The chandelier is designed to look like a flock of birds frozen in mid-air, creating a beautiful and surreal effect. Almost as fragile and delicate as the glass pieces themselves, the birds are immortalized as decoration offering a cold and eerie beauty. The Bird Chandelier was inspired by a similar lamp at Sebastian's grandmother's house.

Sebastian Errazuriz, the Chilean-born artist and designer behind the Bird Chandelier, is known for his unconventional approach to design and his ability to merge art and functionality. His work has been exhibited in museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and he has received numerous awards for his contributions to the field of design.

This work is currently on view in the group exhibition ฦั–rษ— โีฒ ีฅีซe แ™Žั–re.

Hunt Slonem is an American painter, sculptor, and printmaker. He is best known for his Neo-Expressionist paintings depicting birds and other animals. An earlier work from Slonem's oeuvre, Queen of Bavaria/Ice Age (1989), features a large, ornate birdcage filled with a stunning array of exotic birds - including several species of parrots, macaws, and other tropical birds. The clever sense of formalism blends the creatures into the picture plane - carefully not eliminating the subject - yet suspends and obscures them in a dim, atmospheric light that is quite beautiful.

This earlier work, which differs from his recent paintings, conveys a sense of energy through intricate patterns and textures that suggest both fragility and strength. The birds appear frozen in time as if caught in the moment just before bursting free from their cage. Slonem employs a vibrant palette of blues, greens, yellows, and pinks to create a kaleidoscopic effect that is both mesmerizing and whimsical. The colors are expertly blended and layered, creating a sense of depth and texture that draws the viewer in.

Best known for his dynamic sculptures that seem to defy gravity, American artist Alexander Calderโ€™s innovative sculptures seem to dance in the wind while providing a unique visual experience from every angle. Characterized by both abstract and geometric shapes, combined with bold colors and industrial materials, the artist was greatly inspired after a visit to Piet Mondrianโ€™s studio in 1930, Paris. Already gravitating towards abstract art, this visit would prompt Calder to construct some of his very first kinetic sculptures, also known as mobiles. Marcel Duchamp is credited with coining the term, while trailblazing artist Jean Arp came up with stabiles to describe Calderโ€™s static sculptures in 1932, which were often known to be enormous, towering structures that dominated the public spaces in which they were placed. Either by integrating movement or by utilizing scale as a means to transform the environment, Calder has continued to captivate audiences even today.

One of his most intriguing works is a smaller mobile called "Three White Dots and Brass on Red" from 1960. At a mere 3 inches tall, this sophisticated yet exciting example of Calderโ€™s work features three flat circular shapes made of metal and suspended from a horizontal brass rod that balances perfectly on a red sculptural element. At once simple yet complex, we invite you to contemplate the mesmerizing work by one of the many masters of contemporary art.

ฦั–rษ— โีฒ ีฅีซe แ™Žั–re is open Tuesday - Sunday 11 am to 7 pm at our Palm Beach gallery.

What if you loved someone so much, not even death could separate you from your lover? Imagine, they die and you decide to keep their skeleton in a coffin clock so you can take it everywhere with you โ˜ ๏ธ That's true love, if you ask us ๐Ÿ’˜

Our current exhibition, Piece of My Heart, features the original coffin clock and real skeleton of Violet Aline St Clair-Erskine also known as the Countess of Rosslyn (later Mrs Jarrott)'s Italian lover and secretary. When he died, she just couldn't be without him ๐Ÿ’— that's what you call BDE ๐Ÿ˜‰

"The century-old Rocky Horror clock was owned by a London company that supplied props for the James Bond movies and others for decades. It had been purchased by the shopโ€™s then-owner Ken Paul from a music hall escapologist (someone who escapes from restraints or traps), according to his daughter Christine who took over the business after he died." "I understand where the fearful reaction to the work came from, though, because I was trying to reclaim and repurpose these images from an abusive and exploitative history. There is a history of this: If youโ€™re a young woman artist and youโ€™re working with sexual imagery, it makes people crazy. In 2022, retrospective at was arguably one of the most revered exhibitions of the year. The first museum show to take place in New York City since 2006, and delayed 18 months due to Covid, the broad survey of Tillmans' work was long overdue.

Tillmans urges viewers to first gaze at his images on personal terms and only inquire further if desired. His oeuvre is a lifelong inquiry into what gives a picture meaning - delving into critical investigations amplified by a camera. The more one learns about Tillmans, the deeper the significance of his subject becomes.

The above C-type print, Use (2000), was featured in the 2003 Tate Britain exhibition entitled "WOLFGANG TILLMANS: IF ONE THING MATTERS, EVERYTHING MATTERS." The figurative photograph is a head-first dive into conventional ideas of beauty. The image of frayed red denim worn by an unknown body alludes to abstract spontaneity; What is visible is the opposite - a carefully planned moment of composition and deeper intention.

This work is currently on view for our exhibition ๐™‡๐™š๐™ฉโ€™๐™จ ๐™‚๐™š๐™ฉ ๐™‹๐™๐™ฎ๐™จ๐™ž๐™˜๐™–๐™ก at our Palm Beach location.

For Bond Hardware, shattering preconceived ideas regarding fashion, jewelry, and sculpture is at the forefront of the installation.

Dana Hurwitz, the artist behind the Bond Hardware moniker, explores the societal concepts between queerness and fitness/locker room/steam room culture. Utilizing marble plates as the basis for their gym equipment highlights the juxtaposition of blurring the lines between masculinity and femininity - taking the otherwise rugged and giving it an elegant presentation.

The Bond Home Gym installation is part of Let's Get Physical - on view at our Palm Beach location until February 5th.

Excerpt from the Estate of Ray Johnson:

Ray Johnson (1927-1995) was a seminal Pop Art figure in the 1950s, an early conceptualist, and a pioneer of mail art. His preferred medium was collage, that quintessentially twentieth-century art form that reflects the increased (as the century wore on) collision of disparate visual and verbal information that bombards modern man. Integrating texts and images drawn from a multiplicity of sources โ€” from mass media to telephone conversations โ€” Johnsonโ€™s innovativeness spread beyond the confines of the purely visual. He staged what Suzi Gablik described inย Pop Art Redefinedย as perhaps the โ€œfirst informal happeningโ€ and moved into mail art, artist books, graphic design, and sculpture, working in all modes simultaneously. Johnson not only operated in what Rauschenberg famously called โ€œthe gap between art and life,โ€ but he also erased the distinction between them. His entire being โ€“ a reflection of his obsessively creative mind โ€“ was actually one continuous โ€œwork of art.โ€ His works reflect his encyclopedic erudition, his promiscuous range of interests, and an uncanny proto-Google ability to discover connections between a myriad of images, facts, and people.

is a series in which collages vintage postcards advertising the Dominican Republic, superimposing samples of commercially available โ€œtropical printsโ€ and archival images in a way that strategically obscures a base level understanding of the subject. Minaya, born in New York and raised in the Dominican Republic, is a multidisciplinary artist whose work investigates the body within constructions of gender, identity, social space, and landscape, complicating hierarchies through hybridity, challenging otherness, and, most recently, thinking through opacity.

Minaya embarked on her Google search series after the constant curiosity regarding her accent. Her internet search exposed something she always knew: that Dominican women, who are deemed "exotic" in the English-speaking world, are largely depicted as tropical temptresses available for oneโ€™s vacation pleasure. Minaya states โ€œitโ€™s about identity but itโ€™s not about identity.โ€ She is interested in subverting the assumptions and expectations people make when they identify her as Caribbean or Dominican. To do this, she uses popular iconography that perpetuate limiting notions of Caribbeaness or Dominicaness, including the usage of the tourist postcard.โ€จ
A selection of works from this series are currently on display as part of the group exhibition Here We Stand.

Maria โ€˜Luluโ€™ Varona is an embroidery-based artist whose practice addresses contemporary conditions as she visualizes landscapes and their hidden narratives, each telling a story and revealing banal curiosities that are commonly unnoticed in our daily lives. She started embroidering at the age of 10 after learning her techniques from her grandmother and her growing fascination with narrative art and comic books.

Varonaโ€™s work highlights themes of transformations and evolution of the self - with abstract narratives that harness a cohesive continuity, and the intention of communicating existential concerns as a way to speak about how they relate to her surroundings.

The work pictured above is part of the group exhibition, Here We Stand, and is on view until January 2nd.

Kirk Henriques is a painter whose rich work combines figuration and abstraction to examine landscapes, time, and memory with strong reference to Black people in relation to identity, space and the balances of societal structure and its inequities.

โ€œThe surfaces of my paintings are not perfect or pristine, rather they are built up and then scraped down. For me this process is a metaphor for resilience; it is my personal experience of resourcefulness, of using scraps to make something whole and new. My use of unconventional materials is a way to challenge traditional painting and expand on my personal and historical narratives. I use my authorship of visual representation as a form of resistance through the exploration of how figures navigate visible and obscure obstacles on their way to liberation.โ€ - Kirk Henriques

In the work pictured above, How to eat a Mango, Henriques blend of figuration and abstraction is on full display. This work is included in the group exhibition โ€œHere We Standโ€.

๐Ÿ—“Set to open on May 27th, TW Fine Art is proud to co-host an exhibition of over 20 works of art by Ukrainian๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Ukrainian artists who escaped their native country and now live in the US, as well as works by artists with support from the Consulate General of Ukraine.

Titled โ€œFrom Terrible to Beautifulโ€ and curated by Tamara Lee, the exhibition will run until June 26th, with proceeds from the sale going directly to two charities โ€“ Les Couleurs Charity and Tikva Odessa โ€“ in hopes of raising funds to help creatives who are trapped in their native country, as well as to send donations to children and women in Ukraine, as well as highlight the amazing contributions of these artists.

Both organizations provide homeless, abused and abandoned Jewish children with a loving home, care, quality education, medical and psychological services in order to help them break the cycle of poverty and transition to self-sufficiency whether they choose to stay in Ukraine, make Aliyah to Israel or live anywhere in the world.
