Hello from Brocko and Li'l Rosie! We are ready to offer party art for you! Decorate your outdoor or indoor party with premade balloon designs! We drop off and pick up your kit - you tell us the theme and we do the rest! Fun craft kits as well!! Packages available for 5,10,15, or 20 attendees!

How this happened...

We love to entertain! Li’l Rosie’s mom and dad were clowns with the Clyde Beatty Cole Brothers Circus whenever it came to Washington, DC (our hometown!) and visited hospitals and parties throughout the metropolitan area for years! Brocko wanted to impress his father-in-law-to-be, and learned to twist balloons. The rest, as they say, is history! We want to keep the love of fun alive, one balloon at a time, one face paint at a time!

Through this pandemic, we are learning new techniques and trying new designs, all to make the return to normalcy more fun. It will be different, but still the same fun and care will go into each balloon and design we offer. Stay safe out there! When the all-clear is sounded, we will be back in full force to deliver the best in family fun and entertainment!
