Say hello to "Mini Scar". You may recall a few years ago I carved a Pacific Northwest style Thunderbird out of a fallen walnut tree and named him "Scar". Well, I just finished carving a similar version of him in miniature. I wanted something to test out my smaller detail skills with and I just really love this design, so I made it again , , , , smaller. I may try out highlighting the details with some paint on this one. I have a lot of carving ideas floating around in my head, and I'm really hoping to make a consistent routine of it. I'll keep you posted 🙂
