Have you been to SBS yet?! It’s a yin yoga-inspired class designed to transport your body and mind into a state of calm, and ease. Postures are held from 2-7 minutes to go deep into the fascia and muscles, releasing stored tension. The use of props is encouraged. This class is accompanied by sound therapy instruments such as: quartz crystal and Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, and more! This workshop is a requested Favorite by many!
