The Fort Washington Symphonic Winds is directed by Walter A. Harley, a music educator with 35 years of experience serving the state of Maryland. The ensemble is comprised of gifted and talented adult musicians from the surrounding communities in the Washington Metropolitan area, who are interested in continuing their love for the creative arts.
