Happy Tuesday everyone! We hope you had a tremendous weekend! We would like to give another huge shout out to STAGEtwo Productions “Social” written by frequent collaborator and friend Alex Nantz! What a blast and smashing success! Original works are thriving in the tri-state area. Ricky Eblen’s original piece “What We Keep Quiet” is coming soon! 2 weeks in fact. It is a wonderful thing that STAGEtwo at 321 graciously provides the space for these plays to premiere. And it would be remiss if we didn’t talk about “A Death For All Seasons” an original work written by Jeremy Brailsford with choreography by Jaddyn Sage of Sage Movement & co. Come join us for a spectacle! Good afternoon everybody!

Yesterday we had our first read-through of “A Death for All Seasons” and it was an absolute blast. As the writer, you never really know how a script lands until you hear it out loud. I was impressed, but beyond that, we also got a small glimpse at some of the choreography that’ll be featured throughout the production and WOW… the talent in that room was incredible.

The Brailroad Station is very lucky to be collaborating with Sage Movement & Co. on this one. You won’t want to miss it.

Local artists of the tristate area! 🎨

The Brailroad Station and Sage Movement & Co. are looking to showcase and sell local artwork during our July 10-12 production of A Death For All Seasons at STAGEtwo at 321 in Evansville.

Without spoiling too much, art happens to play a particularly important part in the story, and we thought it would be fun to feature real work from local artists throughout the weekend run of this dark murder mystery/theatrical dance collaboration. The goal is to create a cool gallery-like atmosphere in the space while also giving artists an opportunity to have their work seen and potentially purchased by audience members attending the production.

We’re thinking roughly 2-3 pieces per artist so we can feature a variety of artists and styles from throughout the tristate area.
