Had a student come to me with a design sketched out that she was hoping we could turn into a lesson for Art Club. So she and I talked about materials, and I put together some idea/inspo sheets and created a couple finished samples. She helped present the idea to the class and we had the best time creating oil pastel ice cream treats! I always love incorporating the kids interests and ideas into our lessons, & the end of the school year was perfect timing for this super sweet ice cream lesson! Great job Colette! I had a blast working on this lesson with you, and it was definitely a hit with your classmates too 🍦🍨

Oil pastel ice creams at Hunt Club After School Art Club! Special shout out to Miss Leah & Miss Grace .nachtigall for all your help the last few weeks of Art Club. You guys are the best & the kids absolutely loved having you there!! And it was extra fun for the students to see Miss Leah come through in her cap & gown for the Hunt Club Alumni walk! 👏👩🏼‍🎓
