A client recently sent me a photo of her house portrait from December — I am so thrilled that she loves it, and I love the frame she picked out!

This was an exciting project, because Donna hired me to paint four of these act same thing. That was a first! But it was such a good creative challenge, and a lovely subject to work on 💕

Hello! I’m Julie Horner, a watercolor artist in Orrville, Ohio. Top 3 facts about me: I’m a believer in Jesus, desperately love my husband, and I’m a stay at home mom of three!

But you’re here because I also love to paint: in 2024 my random watercolor hobby turned into a small business when I fell in love with painting home (and architectural) portraits! After 16 commissioned buildings and a dozen or so gifted through The Neighborhood Series, I am excited to see what’s next!
