It's been a tremendously busy summer here at The Bike Lawyer's World HQ and we are thankful for all the new clients, and also all the referrals folks have made! We couldn't survive without you!
I recently received another shipment of The Bike Lawyer's Bike/Art cards. These 4x6 cards feature a gorgeous Taliah Lempert painting on one side and a short summary of Ohio's bike laws on the back, with reference to the appropriate Ohio Revised Code section. Many folks carry them along on rides and use them during discussions with police [usually after being told to "get over to the sidewalk" or "ride single file" - both of which go beyond the authority of police under the law]
If YOU want some of these cards just send me a note with your address and how many you need or want - I can send 10 - 100 - or even 1000+ for your club, your bike shop, your ride, your event. Let me know and I'll get them out right away!!
Jeremy Grimm and Jeff Pendlebury raced at the Birmingham Bike Festival in Birmingham, MI on Sunday. Jeff was a little bit disappointed with his 7th place finish, but both of them raced very well and covered every move except the one that mattered near the end of the race.
