This is a long post riders, so stick with us!
Not only do we have this awesome clinic going on with @zvankammen63 but, wait for it……we’re also hosting an Amateur Opens on Saturday night with our regular local race!!
$10 entry per rider / free entry if rider was a paid participant in Zack’s 3pm-5pm clinic.
Trophy or track bucks awards - no money pay out.
Why no pay out you ask? Well, we’re needing help from our Orlbmx family, which is for a good cause.
One of our very own locals, Tommy Gorga aka Tommy Take Down, had a serious crash last month (7 fractured ribs, fractured scapula, a fractured
sternum and left thumb).
Tommy is on the mend but as you can imagine, it's a slow process. All proceeds from Saturday's racing, as well as all donations to the track that night, will go to Tommy & his road to recovery! 💪🏼

Race for Life this Saturday the 4th! Entry Fee for the double points race is $20.00. Remember this is DOUBLE POINTS WoooHooo. Gates open at our usual time 6pm.
Our Orlbmx ALS ice bucket challenge! We were nominated by the board of USA BMX Riverview and we did it! We nominate Daytona BMX and any tracks that have not yet done the challenge to take the challenge and donate!

This Level 1 /Chain off spinning video is for beginners, or someone getting back in shape. This is a ten minute work out consisting of 20x10 second spins with a 20 second breaks. If you can make it to the end, and beat Ronan in a burnout then you are ready for the next level.

Fast, smooth, technical track! Maybe I’ll be good enough to ride it soon, lol. I need to learn a few things first and progress with the times, for they have surely passed me by! I got lots of encouragement though and had a great time with old and new friends. My son also took his first laps ever and of course he will need some time to conquer the speed he can get on this track. Like I said, it is fast!
