Everything is energy at its core. Like trulyyy when you sit and think about it… beyond everything physical that we can see and touch, there’s movement, vibration, frequency behind all of it. ✨

The trees around you.
The people you’re around every day.
The thoughts constantly looping in your head.
Your body itself.

Everything carries energy.

And hunny… life is CONSTANTLY interacting with yours.

Stress. Grief. Conflict. Burnout. Overstimulation. Heartbreak. Relationships. Work environments. Even the content we scroll through every day.

All of it affects us energetically, mentally, emotionally, physically.

Some days we feel grounded, clear, connected, like ourselves.

Other days we feel foggy, exhausted, emotionally heavy, anxious, reactive, disconnected, all over the place.

That’s literally why energy work like Reiki can feel so powerful.

One concept that reflects this is the Law of Entrainment ⚡️ basically when two rhythms interact, the stronger and more coherent rhythm influences the other until they begin to synchronize.

Your nervous system already does this naturally all the time.

Humans entrain to each other emotionally and energetically constantly. It’s why you can walk into a room and immediately feel tension… or feel calm around certain people without even knowing why.

Reiki helps create a space of intentional, balanced energy that your body can respond to.

Not in a “woo woo magic fix everything overnight” kind of way 😂 but in a way that supports your nervous system, your emotional body, your mind, and your energy returning back to balance and harmony.
