the more i practiced reiki, the more my relationship with myself changed. i started listening to my body in ways i never had before. trusting my gut as my intuition. feeling safer in my body, less inflamed, and more confident.

reiki isn’t just about learning “energy healing.” it’s about learning to work with your OWN energy.

to notice what’s actually happening within you instead of moving through life on autopilot. to slow down enough to hear yourself again. to build safety and RESILIENCE in your nervous system so you can hold more: more emotion, more growth, more visibility, more LIFE.

you hear a lot about having a “regulated” nervous system. but regulation is a state: your body’s response matching your environment in the moment. resilience is capacity: how well you recover, adapt, and bounce back over time.

when your nervous system is resilient, you don’t need constant regulation (which is exhausting!).

that’s why reiki is such a powerful tool for me and my students. it’s a practice you can return to again and again that reconnects you to your body, your intuition, and your power.

and you don’t have to make a career out of healing. you’re allowed to learn reiki simply because you want it for YOU.

what’s up soul fam! i’m heading to NJ this weekend for my first time presenting workshops at Submersion Festival 🧞‍♀️✨🚐 they’ve been so gracious to invite me out to host a community Reiki circle eeeppp!!😊

🗓️ Saturday, October 3rd
⏰ 12pm - 1am ET

this isn’t a passive experience. it’s a guided process, built with intention and shaped by years of practice.

we begin in the body. each chakra is connected to a specific part of the physical self, which builds awareness of what you’re feeling and brings you into your body before anything else happens. from there, each energy center opens into the values and themes it holds, creating space to explore how you relate to yourself and how you relate to the world around you.

the circle has a clear arc: you’re welcomed in, guided through breath work, white light visualization, chakras, mantras and affirmations, group Reiki, aura cleansing and grounding; then brought to a close that leaves you with something of tangible value to carry forward.

you don’t need to believe in anything to take part. whether chakras are literally “real” isn’t the point. a belief doesn’t have to be true to be useful, and this framework offers a practical way to slow down, feel more, and reflect.

skeptics are welcome!

at its heart, my reiki circles are a process of self discovery and self actualization with the body, with the self, and with how the self relates to everything outside of.

hello beautiful friends of the interweb! can you feel the power of this talisman, through that lil screen of yours? 🪬✨📿 this is an orgonite. it’s is a material made by mixing resin, metal shavings and quartz crystals - designed to balance OR transform energy!

the resin is said to absorb surrounding energy, while the metal repels it. this push-and-pull effect creates a mixed energy state that the embedded crystal is believed to smooth out into a positive frequencies ⚖️

earlier this week i put up a story sale with 20% off all products & services, and you showed TF 🆙 thank you thank you thank you for supporting my traveling shop… especially in my time of need, soul fam!!!🧳✨🤯🙏🏼 after b2b festivals across the north east & sales being slower than anticipated at each venue, my bank account was hurting BAD. i felt so depressed and depleted. unsure of how i would cover basic necessities this week. and my beautiful radiant online community most certainly pulled through❤️‍🔥 i’ve got food to eat all week long, gas in the tank for upcoming events + cottage is covered for rent we pay on a week to week basis in between all the movement 🚐

the etsy shop doesn’t have updated inventory, so if you see something you like, message me to inquire! i’ll probably get it updated after travels slow down at the end of next month with anything that doesn’t sell on festi tour 👩🏼‍🎨
