IATSE Local 631 congratulates the Crew and Cast of the Castle Stage at Magic Kingdom on the return of Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire.

We are proud to represent the Costumers, Cosmetologists, and Technicians that make this show happen. We also thank UNITE HERE! Local 362 and their Cast in the support they give the Entertainment Cast, the Teamsters in representing Character Performers who are part of the show, Actors' Equity Association’s Actors and Dancers. Together our Members brought the magic back to the Guests today. Every part of this show is represented by Labor, the Union Members are the magic.

We are proud to be part of this milestone and we hope to finish welcoming back all our Sisters, Brothers, and Kin that have been away for too long.

Dim the lights for a Brother.

It is with great sadness that we share that Brother Anthony Di Stefano passed last night. Tony was an amazing Audio Engineer, a former Vice-President of the Local, Disney Cast Member, the long term Audio Crew Chief at Epic, an passionate Show Steward. He mentored more then just a few talented union reps, and audio techs. He was a caring husband to Sister Stef Di Stefano.

As we know more information we will share it. In the meantime a Go Fund Me has been set up to help his family through this hard time. Anyone that has the ability, please consider helping out Tony’s family through this time.

The City of Orlando Election are this Tuesday.

Early voting continues tomorrow, October 31st, 11am to 3pm. You can vote at the Orange County Board of Elections at 119 West Kaley St.

Mon: 8am - 5pm No in person voting but you can drop off your VBM ballot during office hours. You must go inside.

On Election Day, which is Tuesday: 7am - 7pm You can Vote at your polling station or at the Orange County Board of Elections. If you registered for Vote By Mail and have not mailed it by Election Day, take the mail in ballot to your voting location and exchange it for a in person ballot.

In this Election the Central Florida AFL-CIO has endorsed Nicolette Springer for District 3, and Regina Hill for District 5.
