On Thursday 30th July, Teppan Edo gave my diabetic son 3 glasses of regular Coke instead of the Diet Coke we ordered for him. He was hospitalised due to their negligence. Since then they have refused to take any responsibility and suggesting that we in fact ordered regular Coke for our son ourselves knowing full well this would hospitalise him. There was a complete lack of training and understanding of diabetes and the correspondence from Teppan Edo has been truly subjective based on what their own staff are staying rather than asking for witness statements of other diners at our table. A truly shocking experience. Since then, I have also heard of other allergy issues on social media. Please be warned if you have any dietary requirements

Food was horrible with no flavor to it. My husband ordered chicken only to not be able to eat it because they put sesame seeds on it, never in my life have I had hibachi and they put sesame seeds on the food. The noodles were mushy and not edible, the shrimp was only grilled and had no seasoning on them, the tea tasted horrible, steak was fatty. $146 later and we are headed somewhere else to eat because we are starving!
