Star Tours StarSpeeder 1000 Vehicle Play Set. Was originally $300 but is down to $250 now. It really is just like the ride, just missing the yellow seat pull straps!

The Target by Disney World has cheap authentic licensed disney pins from Monogram. Even cheaper than the same pins that are being sold at Walmart!

Per what is posted online from Disney these meet the rule requirements. Remember that cast members have the final say and they may ask you for something different!
