Due to food Prep, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the Picnic. This gives us the opportunity to cancel food orders.

1.5 hour Tent Picnic in the park : Assorted sandwiches and pastries provided by local cafes along with sparkling lemonade , freeze dried candy tasting, Lounge area with pillows and blankets, board and card games, and a keepsake insta pix for memories. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your Picnic, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours.

You may use these credits towards any future Picnic. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the Picnic. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the Picnic date, are eligible for 100% refund.

One and a half hour Picnic tent experience: We offer a set up boho picnic at Salem Pond just for you and yours. Entertainment
includes : Assorted sandwiches and pastries along with sparkling lemonade provided by local cafes, Unique freeze dried candy tasting provided by Afty's popped candy, Lounge area with pillows and blankets for resting, board and card games to play with friends, and a keepsake insta pix for memories. Guest will be able to enjoy their picnic with a beautiful calming view of the mountains, ducks on the pond on a nice weather day. When it's time to leave, you'll be off on your way without the stress of taking down the beautiful tent set up.
