Whoop whoop! Notifications will be going out in a little bit today for our 2nd annual Texas Film Belt Project! Twenty-six submissions have been selected to screen on Sept.19 at the Hattman! Congrats to those selected. For those that weren't selected this year, thank you for your submission. We enjoyed all of them, but there is only so much room. We may be adding a day next year if the submissions keep growing like they did this year! Thank you for your participation to help promote filmimg along the I-10 corridor!

We picked up our first funds for the 2nd annual Texas Film Belt Project that will be held Sept 19 in Orange. We could not do this without the project being funded in part by the B.A. & E.W. Steinhagan Benevolent Trust through the Southeast Arts Council. Thank you SETAC and Steinhagan! Submissions are now underway on FilmFreeway. If you have a film that was shot within 50 miles of Interstate 10, submit it to the Texas Film Belt Project today!

I've been trying to catch up on some of my judging duties today. Watching films for WorldFest Houston and Show Low Film Fest. I've got so much to catch up on. The Texas Film Belt Project screens on the 19th for Boomtown Film & Music Festival and I need to get them some additional stuff too. I need to make a poster and a trailer. So much to do... but so much fun.
