This week we finished our youth FCA Speed Training with ! It was an incredible time of getting stronger and faster on the field, as well as diving into God’s word and growing in our faith.

This year has made meeting together and training together really difficult. Because so much has been canceled, the opportunity for this camp was such a blessing! We were able to see God work in amazing ways and we were grateful for every minute of it.

“And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.” Hebrews 10:25

Before we start working on speed training, we do the training that matters most! We spend time reading scripture together in huddles. Yesterday we focused on John 10:7-11, learning that Jesus is our shepherd and our protector. Thank you Jesus!

Week 2 of our FCA Speed Training in partnership with in the books! Last week we measured our baseline speed and agility numbers. This week we got to work to start getting better! Thanks to all of our athletes and coaches for a great practice. Can’t wait for next week!
