This song is about a man who lost himself in heartbreak, addiction, and grief. So deep in it that he stopped believing he deserved love at all. He was numb, stuck, and used that anger and depression to push people away before they could leave.

Then someone walked into his life and refuses to give up on him. She met him in that darkness, stayed when it was hard, and slowly pulled him back to something real.

It’s about the fight between feeling unworthy and learning to accept love and how, in the end, she’s the reason he finally learned how to feel again.
