Our Capstone Graduation was a celebration of everything our students have worked toward—growth in their skills and the joy of sharing culture through food.

From the first course to the last, our graduates delivered an unforgettable dining experience that left guests inspired and impressed. Every dish told a story, every plate reflected months of dedication, and every smile in the room reminded us why this work matters.
We couldn’t be prouder of this cohort and all they have accomplished. Watching them confidently showcase their skills and share their passion with the community was truly special.

We are excited to finally share a new project that we have been working on

Welcome to Indigo Table— a culinary series where we bring you culturally affirming cuisines from all over the world and the stories behind them. For our first season, we’re taking a journey across all 54 countries of Africa, with each country represented through a signature dish that reflects its culture, history, and flavors.

Our first country being featured will be Libya. Here’s a preview of the episode.
