On Sunday, June 28th at 8am, is leading the very first Sunrise Sound Bath at Plaza Yoga & Bodywork. Sixty minutes of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes — all held in a container of deep rest and ease, before the week has a chance to get its hands on you.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is one of the most misunderstood things we offer — and one of the most powerful.

You stay fully clothed. You lie on a mat. I use my hands, forearms, and body weight to work through compression, assisted stretching, and acupressure points along the body's energy lines. It draws from Thai massage tradition and yoga alignment principles — and it reaches places that self-practice rarely touches.

It's deeply therapeutic for chronic tension, limited mobility, nervous system dysregulation, and anyone who needs more than movement can provide on its own.
