For now, Iā€™m giving myself permission to slow down, enjoy this incredible season, and savor every last moment before everything changes.

Nature feels like home to me.

My mind is quiet there. Itā€™s where I find the inspiration for colors and shapes that I canā€™t quite put into words. The twists of a gnarled tree branch, sunlight filtering through the trees, wildflowers growing wherever they please, I see it all. Itā€™s already art. I just take what I see and create from it.

When Iā€™m painting Iā€™m not just recreating what I see. Most of the time Iā€™m trying to capture whatever it was that I was feeling. The little things that most people walk right by are sometimes the most beautiful. The ladybugs, the way moss grows over old wood, the crunchy leaves on the sidewalk in autumn, noticing it is an art in itself. šŸž

Hi everyoneee! Little update.

I am officially in too much pain to function lol. Iā€™m trying to get into my studio as much as I can but vending is something thatā€™s going to have to go on the back burner until next seasonšŸ˜¢

I definitely am keeping my commissions open and will continue painting and making jewelry when I can! Thank you all SO much for your patience throughout this last leg of my pregnancy. I promise Iā€™ll be back pumping out paintings and creating more regular content very soon!šŸ’•

The beginning stages of a painting are always my favorite. This is where I get to be a little messy, and start watching the vision come to life. šŸ«¶

This one is going to be a dreamy little escape.
There will be Willow branches cascading over a peaceful pond, a family of swans and cygnets gliding across the water, glowing fireflies, whimsical mushrooms, and maybe even a fairy or two. šŸ¦¢šŸ§šāœØ

I canā€™t wait to keep bringing this one to life!
