Another day another harvest! Many of these have more of a pink hue, which means they are at the blushing stage. To help my plants last longer and produce more fruit, I try to harvest the majority around this stage.

The fruit already have what they need to finish ripening off the vine, and keeping them on for too long only add more risk for pests, rain, etc. 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅
