Y’all, I need to file a formal complaint against the designs department at GPS Creations Designs because WHO THE HELL approved this many colors for ONE pen launch?! 😂😭

And before anyone asks, YES, I am the designs department. YES, I approved every single color. And YES, I am currently questioning every decision I have ever made. 🤣

Because please explain to me why I thought it was a fantastic idea to have all these different colors, knowing dang well that I would be the one sitting here making them ALL?!

Now here I am, having to separate everything by color, work in individual batches, and pretend like I am not absolutely irritated with the person responsible for this madness.

SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. IMMEDIATELY. NO TWO WEEK NOTICE. PACK YOUR GLITTER AND GO! 😂

But the problem is, if I fire her, who is going to design the next launch? Because apparently she has some pretty good ideas. Just absolutely ZERO consideration for the production department. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The joys of owning a small business where you are the CEO, designer, production team, quality control, packaging department, and your own biggest problem. 🤣

Anyway, back to making these pens because apparently nobody else is coming to save me.

Have your favorite drink, tidy one little corner if it helps, or simply sit down and enjoy a quiet moment. Your creativity needs room to breathe too. Okay y’all, we made it through the week! Before you start thinking about everything you still need to do, give yourself credit for everything you already handled. The orders, the work shifts, the family stuff, and all those little things nobody sees still count. Running a small business alongside everyday life takes a lot of heart. Tonight, take a breath and celebrate a win, even a tiny one. Tell me something that went well today.

Okay y’all, this little balloon dog is ready for pumpkin season, and of course it needed a bow! We have a cream balloon dog covered in tiny orange pumpkins, a pretty orange bow, and a sparkling glitter border to bring everything together.

I love how this design mixes something playful with those cozy fall details. The little pumpkins are cute on their own, but putting them on a balloon dog? That makes this badge reel even sweeter!

She is dressed for the pumpkin patch and somehow still ready for her shift. Honestly, her fall outfit might be more coordinated than mine, and I am not even mad about it.

Whether you love dogs, bows, or adding a little seasonal personality to your work accessories, this cutie deserves a moment.

Okay y’all, these penguins waddled onto my crafting table with bubble gum and a little attitude! Apparently being cute was not enough, so they decided to blow pink bubbles and steal the whole show.

We have classic black and white penguins, tiny orange feet, and a sparkling icy glitter border that makes this pair feel extra sweet. Those big eyes and little pink bubbles are such a fun combination, and I love how much personality fits into these Xray markers.

Of course, the left and right lead letters and personalized initials bring everything together. These little cuties are ready for the radiology crew who loves an animal moment with a playful twist.

I could see my pediatric radiology friends loving this design, but honestly, penguins are for anyone who wants something adorable in their collection.
