Hey y’all so we did a thing? Golden Heart Tattoo brought on a apprentice. We are happy to announce without further adieu Sydney Freyhauf. Sydney started apprenticing with us around the beginning of febuary 2020. Needless to say 2020 was a mess lol but since 2021 Sydney has been tattooing constantly and pushing herself hard. We are happy to announce that Sydney is avalible for appointments now and will be taking on new clientele for $60 an hour. First and foremost we cannot even begin to put into words how excited we are to be opening back up!
We are so excited to get back to doing what we love as well as getting to see all of our loyal and wonderful customers, finally!!!
Now, with the excitement of opening out of the way there are going to be some mandatory changes put into place so that we may remain open and fully within health code standards and regulations; new processes included!
1. Our building is now appointment only! The doors will remain locked during operating hours. The only way you will be allowed to enter is if you are there for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. If early we ask that you wait in your car until your exact appointment time.
2. There will be sanitation stations placed by both of our entrance/exit doors, you are expected to sanitize your hands upon entrance as well as upon exiting (remember these measures are in place not only for us, but for your health and safety as well; please be respectful)
3. You will be required to wear a mask during the entirety of your appointment. Again from entrance to exit.
4. Please bring a mask with you, if you are unable to provide a mask we will have them available for sale for $1.00.
5. If you have been sick recently or are feeling sick the day of your appointment, please do not come in; we will reschedule you!
6. In order to limit traffic in the studio we are asking clients to not bring guests with them to their appointments. If a group of people want to get tattooed they will be scheduled individually throughout the day.
7. We understand that these measures may seem extreme, we just ask the you be patient with us as we navigate this entirely new life for everyone, together. We were provided the opportunity to demonstrate we are responsible and smart in managing ourselves and our industry; we simply do not want to provide any reason to be closed down ever again.

It saddens me to announce that like many of the other businesses in Ohio, tattoo studios have also been asked to close. We will contact our appointments about rescheduling once we have more information about re-opening. We appreciate your patience through everything. Thank you

Due to current events, we have decided that in order to continue doing our work while providing the same environment our clients are accustomed to, we will be changing our hours to appointment only for the time being. We will do all consultations via telephone, email, social media, etc. but will limit the people in the shop to only people who are receiving tattoos. We also ask that if you are feeling even slightly sick that you reschedule your appointment as to not put anyone else at risk. This situation is inconvenient and unfortunate but ultimately it’s a situation we are all in and we believe this is our best course of action at this time. We appreciate our clients very much and wish you all the best. Thank you.
