Here we are! Alyssa and Lauren — the proud new owners of Lil’ Unstable Mobile Bar!

If you would’ve told us in college that our bartending shifts would turn into owning our own mobile bar one day… we probably would’ve laughed and poured another round. 🥂

We became best friends behind the bar, and somewhere between the rushes and the late-night cleanups, we realized we make a pretty great team. What started as a job turned into a passion, and now it’s something we get to build together.

This little dream of ours is about more than just drinks. It’s about creating moments, celebrating milestones, and bringing energy that makes your event unforgettable. We’re here for the signature cocktails, the dance floor hype, the champagne toasts — all of it.

We are officially booking and cannot wait to be part of your weddings, private parties, corporate events, and everything in between.
