!!! We are looking for members who are deeply involved with the electronic dance music scene in New England and beyond! We are building a team of promoters to represent the crew in a professional and respectful manner, while maintaining a strong presence in the Northeast. Candidates must be energetic, have good communication skills, and be respectful of partygoers, venues and businesses. Responsibilities will include consistent online promotion on Facebook, forums and handing out promotional material at pre-determined events, schools and local businesses. We expect nothing less than dedication to the cause and fulfillment of agreed upon promotional obligations. For each event, we will create a promotional schedule encompassing all logical events that we agree would be beneficial to promote at, and ask for volunteers to cover in-hand flyer promoting. We ask that members take pride in our events and talk to people about what we are offering, rather than simply leaving the flyers out at venues. In return, Beatdown Productions will grant free entry to all Beatdown events for which promotion is verified and comps to other events where a cross-promotional agreement has been made. Dedicated promoters will also receive free shirts, stickers, music, VIP passes, meet and greet with artists, time slots + studio time for aspiring Djs, and much more! Beatdown Productions is striving to bring QUALITY talent matched with TOP NOTCH production at an affordable price. We are trying to steer away from the gimmicks and genre fads that are watering down today's EDM scene, and bring the vibe back to the way it used to be... the way it should be. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear friend Tom Kessler aka DJ -K-Rite. Tom was an amazingly kind soul that always wanted to lend a helping hand and showed true passion for electronic music and culture. His contributions to Beatdown Productions were crucial in laying the foundation upon which we grew our brand. While he has been out of the spotlight for the last several years, he had not left our hearts and will live on in our memories.

Much love to you, Tom. Rest in Peace.

Two of our good friends, Mike and Sara's house was burned down because of a neighbor's firework. The fire was extinguished by firefighters and reignited, requiring the fire department to have to extinguish the fire a second time at 5 am this morning. They lost everything and have to start over.

Both are awesome people who have made a huge difference in out local music scene and are awesome human beings.

Please consider donating if you can, and sharing if you can't. They are certainly very deserving people and deserve anything you can give.

I can't imagine something like this happening, let alone as a result of someone recklessly shooting off illegal fireworks... let alone in the middle of a pandemic.
