Affirming Voices is ready for you to register! We've got dates, locations, and teachers lined up for Tuesday evenings this July and August (July 7 - August 11 to be exact).

Affirming Voices is a group space where we'll explore speaking and singing techniques that help expand range and tone so that you can make choices about how you'd like to sound when you speak and sing.

We don't have any specific preconceptions about how you SHOULD sound - our goal is to support you on your journey - and to provide a space where you and your classmates can provide support and understanding to one another.

Registration is open at q***rjoycollaborative.org, with a limit of 10-12 students. As always, our offerings operate on a sliding scale so that ability to pay need not be a barrier to joining our community.

Big news, friends 💛 We're joining Give OUT Day for the very first time - the only national day of giving for the LGBTQ+ community.

Save the date: Thursday, June 4. Early giving opens May 28.

Q***r joy is an act of power, an act of love, and an act of resistance. On June 4, we get to make it together.

Our next Sending Joy Postcard party is scheduled for Saturday May 16 in Northampton! It's free, it's a great way to chill with some friendly Q***rs, and to send sweet postcards to sweet people (or politicians, if that's more your speed).

We are so lucky to be partnering with Filmmaker Lilly Dickinson, who has begun production on an amazing feature-length film. Our role is, of course: Musical!
Lilly is composing an original score built on top of samples of the voices of singers from the QJC!
