A few months ago, we took 100 lbs of Ethiopian Guji beans, a rye whiskey barrel from and a bold idea.
It turned into our favorite release to date.

Two years of Odin’s Brew.
But the story didn’t start two years ago.
It started over a decade ago with a first taste of specialty coffee, a lot of ambition, and a small Behmor drum roaster in a garage. That was the real beginning of the journey — and it’s where what’s now our House Blend was originally created.

Years later, life forced an unexpected pause. A catastrophic injury during a grappling tournament sidelined me for the foreseeable future and during that downtime, we decided to go all in. That’s when Odin’s Brew truly came to life. We officially opened the gates, stepped up to a Kaleido roaster, and committed to building something we could be proud of.
Today, we’re roasting on a commercial-grade roaster in our own dedicated roastery which is pretty surreal considering just a couple of years ago we were just roasting for friends and family.

None of this happens without the support, encouragement, and belief from every single person who’s bought a bag, shared a post, sent a message, or told a friend about us. You aren’t just supporting another coffee company — you’re helping us build a brand and culture that challenges the norm.
