Was just in there for McDonald's green chili cheese burgers walk in the door and security rushed us waiving arms like we're the plague (pun intended) no no no you can't enter without a mask I stood up to him and said you must know this whole thing is a lie and you believe this bullsh.t so ok the CDC says if you have a health condition you don't have to wear a mask. We don't care. So there you have it folks Socialist Communist indians George Soros payees taking part in the Destruction of America. For years I've stopped at this reservation truck stop for smokes and the green chili burgers Never Again and I hope my fellow PATRIOT Truck Drivers will also BOYCOTT THIS LANDFILL!!!

I can not say THANK YOU enough to the Sky City Casino staff for getting my daughters coat back home to me in Missouri. We had stopped and ate at the buffet which was very good food and left to head home. 5 hours later she discovered her Championship coat was missing. The next day once we we're home I spent a few hours on the phone calling every fuel stop we had stopped at and finally called the casino where it was located and they had it in the lost and found. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and went over the top in helping me get this coat back home. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

To whom it may concern: your players card was intended to bring people in, You have turned it into a card that makes people leave...All winter long my Husband and I would stop and play twice a week, once on they way to Calif. and once on the way out of Calif. Each time we would lose $200. to $300. dollars, It was something we enjoyed. Playing not losing. But that was the way it always worked out..The little bit we got off your so called players card, didn't matter because it ways always put back in..We have been stopping at your place ever since you all were nothing but Tent and snack bar with a window were you got your food and ordered it..That's been a long time ago. But because your 6 month Rule we don't get money on our cards..There are a hole lot of us C.D.L. Drivers that run Interstate 80 during the summer and Interstate 40 during the winter, If your 6 month rule makes you lose 10 percent of your drivers, that adds up to a hole lot of money...If we are not good enough to get your "FREE CASH" why should we play there???? In all these years we have stopped at the Hwy 66 casino once and the Dancing Eagle only once. We are going to miss you more then you will miss us. Running off customers is really bad for business. It doesn't matter what business you are in..you people are cutting back on service's, My husband and I set down playing and didn't get a Soda or Coffee, I finally got up and went and got our own coffee..My husband's machine jammed for over 30 Min's before he got up and tracked down someone to help him. It wasn't because you were busy, because on a Tuesday night at 1 in the morning you are not that busy. I had to speak my mind on this..If you can't be fair to everyone, A player's card is a Bad idea...The one you are catering to is the people that put in $20. and they play there free money off and take there $20. out and go home..Your forgetting about the people that stay 7 to 8 hours, lose the 3 to 4 hundred dollars, then head off to deliver there loads. Maybe you need to take the person that come up with this 6 month rule and make them into one of your serving girls.. The Historic Route 66 Fall Fiesta is quickly approaching!

Grants, NM - October 2018 Mark your calendars and join us on Saturday, October 13th and Sunday, October 14th for a fun-filled two days of authentic food and music, a Battle of the Bands, a kids fun jumper zone, craft beers, arts/crafts vendors, entertaining games/contests, an amateur green chile stew eating contest, including a Battle of the Badges stew eating contest, a co****le competition, a cake decorating contest, and a show and shine car show. All of this and more will be taking place at the City Hall and Fire & Ice Park located on Historic Route 66 in Grants, N.M.

Family activities include getting creative and painting a pumpkin, chalk the walk, kid jumper zone and so much more, all graciously being hosted by Future Foundations Family Center. There will be free admission and tours to the New Mexico Mining Museums from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days, so there’s plenty of fun, fun, fun for the whole family!

Our Battle of the Bands competition is challenging all musicians to show us what you’ve got! Judges will vote to determine the winning band based on performance, songwriting, audience reaction, and overall energy. What’s in it for the winner you ask? Bragging rights of course and a chance to earn a spot as the opening act for next year’s Fall Fiesta and a cash prize. This year’s Battle is featuring local act 12 Bar Bruise, hot off their performance at our Fourth of July Extravaganza. The event will run from 12 noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday at the Fire & Ice Park! Along with our Battle of the Bands, last year’s reigning champions, the Garage Pirates will be performing on Sunday, Oct. 14.

An All-Wheels Show & Shine Car Show alongside the Mother Road Route 66 will run from 12 noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday October 14th at City Hall Park. Early registration is available now at www.grants.org and same day registration will be available for last minute entries. A goodie bag and a cruise down Route 66 is included!

The Amateur Green Chile Stew Eating Contest has teamed up once again with Dancing Eagle Casino – Great American Diner. We are issuing the call to discover who can eat the most green chile stew in four minutes for the chance to win a cash prize! The event will run from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday at Fire & Ice Park, and this year’s event will feature a special Battle of the Badges stew eating competition.

Creativity will take center stage at the New Mexico Mining Museum as cake decorators prepare to challenge each other to a contest of imagination, artistry and skill during our most prestigious baking competition. Public voting will determine the winner, and all cakes can be viewed at the Mining Museum, with judging at 4 p.m. A silent auction will take place at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Fire & Ice Park’s Main Stage. All proceeds will go towards Roberta’s Place to help victims of Domestic Violence. The decoration theme this year is “Historic Route 66.”

I could give 0 stars, I totally would. Made a reservation from the actual website for a double bed room as we are traveling with a child, when we checked in we were given a one bed king room. Called the desk, female clerk was apologetic and explained there were no more rooms, but offered a $50 discount. I said it was okay, and we enjoyed our night in spite of crowded sleeping arrangements. Checked out this morning and the clerk gave no discount and said it was bc it was booked through booking.com. Apparently even though it does not say that on their website, that’s who they use. So not only did they mess up our room, they also do not stand by what their employees tell customers. Also called the manager Harold Vicente and received no answer. Will never stay there again and while I realize they won’t miss my money maybe, I’m going to tell any and everyone who’ll listen.

Think we just found our new friends meet up Friday! Although we visited for just coffee, we were greeted with a smile and felt right at home right up until we left. Kudos to the hostess and supervisor on duty this morning at the Huwaaka Restaurant!!
