Hey friends, it's been a while! A LOT has happened since I last posted here - like getting married and moving (again) and eating my weight in pastries while roaming the streets of Paris.

I wanted to let you all know that this page will soon be switching to something new (to XK fans, if you have followed me on other personal social media, not so new)! It will still be my baking endeavors - which are now taking place in Birmingham Alabama - but also some posted recipes, collaborations, and other creative projects I work on outside of baking!

I'd be horned if you stuck around for the switch over to Elegant Mornings. XK Macarons has changed my life, and you have been such a huge part of that and this growth into something new. XK Macarons it's not going away per say, just getting a face lift, ha!

My initials did change, after all ;)

The secret is out! I am back at Mae's Bakery and macarons are back, too! They'll be exclusively in our pastry case and I'll be creating new flavors weekly.

This week we have: Vanilla, Dark Chocolate with an Espresso Sea Salt, and Strawberry. See you soon?

XK Macarons has been an incredible adventure over the last three years. I've spent the morning reminiscing over it all. Although I am moving, and no longer baking macarons in Atlanta, I am still baking. I have dreamed up a way to combine both XK Macarons and my other creative project, Elegant Mornings, and it's all coming soon. It's not you, it's me. I'm excited about this next chapter of life and moving to the mountains of North Carolina! Unfortunately, this means I'm taking XK Macarons with me. You have rocked my world for the last 2 years Atlanta, and I can't thank you enough.
