Everyone, take a look! It's time to check out the 2026 Fringe Fest photos.

We are still a bit breathless from an incredible weekend of wild and wonderful performances in downtown Newburgh. A big congratulations to everyone who made this year's Festival happen—and helped us have so much fun along the way.

As its official producer and presenter, Safe Harbors is proud to be the home and anchor of the Newburgh Fringe Festival. We thank our extraordinary sponsors and you, our extended community, for your hard work and support. Again, congratulations to all!

Get ready for a double bill of short puppetry acts: RIPE FRUIT, BRUISED FRUIT & RISE, MAN-GORR!
📅 Saturday, October 17 at 5:00 PM
📅 Sunday, October 18 at 7:00 PM
📍 Venue: Ritz Stagehouse
Puppetry | Ages 13+

👀About the Shows:
RIPE FRUIT, BRUISED FRUIT is a short puppet vignette that illustrates the self-destructive cycle of internalized homophobia and shame, and how it informs one's love life- through the lens of an overly-preening bird that turns into its own predator.

Created and performed by William PK Carter ()

RISE, MAN-GORR! starts when Dr. Necrosis greets audience, explains our current situation and proceeds to offer a solution. After which, we find the good Doctor working away said solution. After creating his prototype, his lust for power causes the prototype to rebel, thus causing the Doctor's downfall. Dr. Necrosis once again addresses the crowd and offers both a warning and hope for the future.

Created and performed bySean Taggart ()
