Hundreds of you joined us for the 1st annual Newgrass Fest last year in Newberg at our beloved Chehalem Cultural Center. Hard to believe it was only 8 months ago! Now we’ve confirmed the entire lineup for March 2026 starting with hometown heroes Corral Creek and concluding with one of the nation’s most exciting bluegrass bands,SHADOWGRASS! In expanding to two days (with a larger stage in the ballroom, to name one new aspect) we are offering more bands, more jam sessions, and more unforgettable chances to connect with fellow musicians and vendors and artists. We cannot wait! You shouldn’t, and here’s why: Until Nov 21 you can use this link to reserve your pre-sale ticket price at a 40% DISCOUNT. After that, pre-sale tix will no longer be available. So don’t delay, and make sure to tag up a bluegrass friend to join the party. It’s going to be a blast for all. What a wonderful weekend it was! We were so gratified to see many friends, family, neighbors, and regulars enjoy enjoying the sunshine and a couple farmhouse ales. A big heads up for this Wednesday, we are closed for a private family friend’s memorial service at the farm. We will be reopened with regular hours Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Please come out and show your support with the fair-weather forecast and fresh beers on tap!

We couldn’t ask for much more beautiful weather this week! Not only is it IDEAL for sipping beer and soaking up the free weekly bluegrass jam (6-9pm) we are also going to have a very special gathering of local astronomers who are bringing several high-powered telescopes including one to safely view the actual sun before it sets! Then at dusk we will begin to view some of the stellar arrangements Spring is now serving up…. Will it be the happy face sliver-shaped moon and planets? A massive nova expected to show up any day in T Corona Borealis? Shooting stars? Disclosure?! We will soon find out!! ✨🌒🔭🪐🛸👽🚀👾

Friends, this is what we wish for: warm days and cool nights around the fire, and more of each other! So grab yer pals and fam and dogs and come on out and make more friends while you’re at it! Saison, the best known of old & rustic Belgian styles, is in our bones, and 9 years in we’ve almost lost count of the variations that our brewers have developed, from tart and barrel aged blends to heavily fruited and dry hopped to the Southern Alps of New Zealand and even a black malt version aged on white nectarines, known as Atmospheric. As a tribute to some Old World versions with ample malt character and earthy spice and subtle dryhop with noble varieties like Saaz and Hallertau Blanc, Sebastian is here to tell a simple story, one of pale Pilsner malts, restrained bitterness, and fermentation with our house Forager yeast, sourced from our own beehives and best known in our hoppy table beer Wild Queen. Available on draft now, and in 4-paks to go! We hope you enjoy this throwback farmhouse ale made for BBQ reveries and deep fireside conversation! As for the label? Well, the color scheme nods to more than one classic in our books!
