On this special day, we share a short excerpt from our New York performance of Amy Beach’s Romance—a small musical offering in honor of one of America’s pioneering women composers.

May her music be a gentle expression of gratitude, hope, and love for this remarkable country and for all who call it home.

Two voices. One heartbeat.

Reinhold Glière’s Duet No. 10 is a beautiful musical dialogue in which the melody flows effortlessly from one violin to the other, allowing two independent voices to unfold a single musical story.

It was a joy to share this performance with featured violinist Taisia Losmakova during our interdisciplinary concert Voices of Memory in New York, where music was presented alongside the beautiful paintings of Georgian artist Lizi Budalashvili.

On April 25, Light & Bloom made its New York debut with Voices of Memory.

It was pouring rain that evening, and yet people still came.
And afterward, many shared how deeply the experience stayed with them.

One audience member told us:
“I’m so happy I didn’t stay home tonight.”

Another said:
“Thank you for making me experience something I have never felt before.”

Voices of Memory became another unforgettable memory — not only for those who attended, but for us as artists as well.
