⭐ Artist Spotlight ⭐ This season we’re highlighting the incredible artists who had a hand in creating the Season 48 key art. First up in this series is Michelle Dimuzio and Nicky Lindeman from the creative design team SpotCo. Not only did they personally reimagine the iconic artwork for THE FANTASTICKS Broadway debut, Michelle and Nicky stewarded the process for the entire season. Their aim was to develop stylistically diverse images that work for the individual shows and the season as a whole. We are deeply saddened by Anna Louizos’s passing, a legendary scenic designer who brought so many stories to life through her world building, creativity and vision. She inspired and uplifted so many artists, especially through her creation of Broadway Design Exchange. Second Stage is honored to have worked with Anna on The Substance of Fire, Vanities, and Birdie Blue. Our hearts go out to Robyn Goodman, Second Stage’s co-founder and Anna’s family.
