Busking for the Homeless

Busking for the Homeless Social awareness project based on raising money through street entertainment to help out our brother Every little bit helps.

The streets of NYC are no strangers to those who have no homes, food, or warm clothes. They're also no stranger to talented street performers who liven up our otherwise dreary subways and crowded terminals. Busking for the homeless has created an opportunity where one can help the other. We engage artists from around the world to perform their craft in a busy section of NYC to make money. What we do with that money is what this project is all about: we provide a hot meal to a homeless person. Depending on how much is raised, we also buy them warm clothes to get through the cold nights, and/or get them shelter for a night or two. We are not here to judge why these people are on the streets, we are simply here to help. If you would like to be a part of our project please email [email protected].
