cute girl summer starts nowww ✨ the sun's out which means it's finally time for the kawaii trinkets meet in central park again! Saturday 6/13 2-6pm by the Thomas Moore statue 📍 there's also a cosplay contest since this week is shugo chara themed!

let's get crafty! here's how you can make accessories for your cosplay when you're on a time crunch and don't have any fancy tools like a 3D printer ✨ don't be afraid to experiment with whatever leftover crafting supplies you have just laying around. It's the thrifty way! In hot glue we trust 🫡

I don't know why I didn't have any footage of actually making the shapes with the hot glue but you can just make the shapes intuitively. You can also use silicone molds if you have them for specific shapes. This little brooch really tied my whole Lebanne cosplay together ✨

taking apart perfectly good wigs to make a new one seems insane but I love to think of cosplay wig styling as a form of sculpture! Especially helmet wigs. And just like art it's a process...a long process...lol
