Our philosophy is simple; be competitive, be innovative and be proactive.

The Roundhouse gave us a canvas for a truly one-of-a-kind Wedding - and we designed it to transform in front of our guests’ eyes.

The Ceremony took place beneath a floating Chuppah, suspended above the space. As vows gave way to celebration, a bespoke built backdrop was revealed and the Chuppah rose to new heights - repurposed into a floral chandelier over the dancefloor, entertainment carrying guests straight into a party atmosphere like nothing they’d seen before.

Months of planning. Countless details. One big day.

Go behind the scenes with the Ruby J team as we bring the London Business School Graduation Ball to life - from the final preparations and last-minute details to seeing the whole vision come together on the day.

It’s a chance to see what usually happens behind the scenes: the people, the planning, the problem-solving and the sheer amount of detail that goes into making sure everything runs exactly to plan when the doors open.

Every year, we have the privilege of producing the London Business School Graduation Ball, working alongside the student committee from the very beginning to create a celebration that feels completely theirs.

Seven years into this partnership, and watching months of hard work come to fruition on the day never gets old.

This is what the Ruby J team looks like in action.

What we capture vs what you actually see.

From a wide, unfiltered shot, to a tightly framed, intentional image that isolates a subject and transforms the scene into something visually compelling.

Our cameras are overloaded with images to ensure we showcase the best of the best!

BACK TO SCHOOL… but make it luxury events.
It’s that time of year again. New term, fresh starts.

Although, as event planners, our school day looks slightly different.

So while everyone else is heading back to school, we’re heading back to…

Beautiful venues.
Exceptional food.
Impeccable details.
And making it all look completely effortless.

An unforgettable Bat Mitzvah at Bacchanalia for FC - a truly unique venue that set the tone for the entire evening. A Greek-inspired menu brought the space to life, while an incredible personalised balcony DJ booth fronted by an all-female band kept the energy going all night long.

Skai ShopAble in the Park, London

A brief that started as an idea and turned into a full day out; from planning through to delivery, we were behind every part of this one - working with Skai to bring ShopAble to Shoreditch Gardens.

Swipe through for a look at the day: a round of golf on the green, a humanoid robot interacting with the crowd, an LED-lit marquee, and live entertainment that carried the energy from breakfast to happy hour!
