Young entrepreneurs will join together in New York City to work towards a similar goal, while having their journeys viewed by the rest of the world. Determined to achieve their version of the American Dream, to make a name for themselves in the city's competitive entertainment scene, each person will get a segment of their lives viewed by others through a series of 12 webisodes. Eventually the group must undertake an assignment in which they must function as a unit to accomplish a joint venture. This is primarily to expose their artistry and to promote the companies of each individual.
