THE CHANGE

The change will be achieved and there are many Avenues to accomplish such while we march and protest we must organize form groups, development of organizations and within these organizations you must find the individuals with the urge and tenacity to lead. Develop a grassroot person for a political office in your districts. These will be your candidates you support to challenge those who are or have become bench warmers at every level of city government, state government, and federal government this is the change you must seek. We must be represented in more political circles, the Judges must be representative of us. The decision makers must be as colorful as our neighborhoods, the Attorneys must be as interesting in the change we seek. The police department must be an equal proportion to the color of the neighborhood, the segregation that exists in our schools prevail because our political leadership allow it to grow and sustain the community disadvantages. The hiring process is disadvantaged to people of color but when you mention such you are blackballed for life. If people of color are only expected to be hired in the lowest paying jobs in every city agency although equally qualified while the better and higher paying jobs are strategically secured for others this is a problem that needs to change. Not only we need to change policing in this country we need to change the systemic policies of discrimination and oppression of Black men and Black women in this USA. Vote for people that represent your interest.
