Dear NSHA Community,
As we prepare for
Thanksgiving, and in honor of this Month's Middah of gratitude, we share with you a special music video from our 2021-22 Cherry Lane Choir which was produced over the last few months.
In this song, written and arranged by our music teacher Mr. Izzy Kieffer, our students sing about the importance of being grateful for all the gifts God has given us. The song was inspired by a value that was deeply held by Mr. Kieffer's father, Reb Shlomo Kieffer, z"l who passed away this summer.

Reb Kieffer also wrote the lyrics to the opening song "At the North Shore Hebrew Academy" that our students sing at every Chagigat HaSiddur and we hope to continue his legacy of kindness, humility and gratitude to Hashem.

Thank you to Mr. Kieffer and Mr. Anthony Imburgia who collaborated with musical accompaniment and engineering.

Already a cult favorite (like the movie, "When Do We Eat?", that the song appeared in), it is sure to become a holiday classic in years to come!
