Happy to announce the project that we’ve been working on lately! In collaboration with The Onomatopoeia Theatre Company, Monli Theatre Company - we are proud to present the new original play by Lisa Monde - “Dali’s Dream”!

Dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Salvador Dali: Dali worshiped the famous psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, wished to meet him and discuss his own complexes as well as paranoia. One such meeting had occurred, but the exhausting imaginary conversations with Freud continued.

Once, in a dream, Dali finds himself in Freud’s sanitarium, becomes witness to the famous sessions and ends up on the doctor’s couch himself: the great painter becomes involved in a show, during which he is born, becomes a genius, dies as a poor lunatic and is resurrected as the great surrealist!
