Thank you to everyone who came out to We Outside! Vol. IV on June 20. The plaza was alive with music, movement, community, and joy. This is what Juneteenth looks like when Black Brooklyn shows up for itself.

Every revolution had a soundtrack.

Stoop Session: Freedom Songs is a live music experience that moves from protest songs to party starters, tracing the arc of Black liberation through rhythm, melody, and radical joy. From the songs that sustained movements to the ones that fill dancefloors today, this is music as memory and music as medicine.

The marketplace opens at 2 PM. Performances begin at 3 PM, giving you time to shop, gather, and arrive ready.

651 ARTS and are back with The Brooklyn Business Lab, a workshop series supporting small business owners with practical tools.

Join us on June 25 for our second session, which is all about funding your small business: understanding what kind of capital you need, exploring the options available to you, and making smarter financing decisions as your business grows. Led by Citi, this workshop will help you choose the financing path that best supports your business goals, from loans and alternative funding sources to equity investment.

The Brooklyn Business Lab is also a space for business owners to be in community and strengthen relationships. Stay after for light bites and time to connect with fellow founders.
