Your identity is not your job
Im not *only* a hairstylist. Im a friend, partner, daughter, sister, auntie, super cool cousin 😎
So therefore… Your self-worth is not tied to your productivity or performance
Alignment isn’t forced, you’ll feel it when it arrives
Instead of trying to make things happen, take a break, breathe and let them naturally unfold. Many times, when things don’t work out, it’s always for your own good 😅
Wear the damn outfit. There’s never a better occasion
Your body doesn’t need a standard (created by men) to live by.
Experiences are never a waste of time or money.
You can always make more money. Some experiences are once in a blue moon
Simplicity in moments are part of life
Stop rushing through the mundane tasks that makes up majority of your time. Life isn’t made up of only milestones and achievements
Doing nothing is necessary
It allows your brain to process, create and reconnect
Support your local community and businesses.
but maybe Im biased because Im a small business 🥲
