I decided to stop by Vail Mansion and it’s reflecting pool. As I’m sitting there I was reminded of, practicing, remembering the present moment, awareness, feeling the moment. I stared at the trees, and the sky for a few seconds at a time. While both trees were beautiful in their own way, I looked at the smaller, thicker one and saw a resemblance of clutter, tightness, kind of confusion. The larger tree, with its branches spread out and leaves open, showed free will, openness, reaching to the heart and heavens, and opening up to the self and others for opportunities still to come. Clear blue sky resembles serenity and calmness. Just some thoughts.

Went to visit and tour today incredible history, talents that have been through this same program. One’s talent comes through legal analysis and office, medical tech, medical processes another through creativity, art, and imagination. I have both but prefer the latter. Over time, one learns more about themselves and who they are deep down inside.
