Thank you Year 34
I pray in this new chapter I become more united with my inner child. Giving her the love and the care she needs.

Truly understanding her and giving her the space she needs to express herself.

If the world misunderstands and misjudge … I should treat myself with much care.

My Birthday is a blessing
Each year I got through a grieving process. This year the same thing happened, but this time set acceptance and the younger me entered the room.

Interesting day I would say.

This day is important not because I seek to celebrate but it’s important because It’s a reminder that in this life, this is my story filled with lived experiences I can choose to define me ☀️ so I must reassess, even though it’s painful.

My relationship with posting and sharing myself hasn’t been a healthy one.

I felt like I was doing it for the wrong reason, and I was afraid of the outcome whether good or bad.

I also didn’t know really how I should write the tale of a segment of my life, because what if I get it wrong…what if I influence others when I myself is lacking tremendously.

I shouldn’t concern myself with the result. Just need to face the process and find joy on the path.

As a creative, a consultant, an entrepreneur, a worker, a Christian, an Adult, I can choose to continue to hide behind the possibilities or face it all and be myself, as I grow and change.

Every aspect of my life is worth appreciating and Honoring…no need for shame, fear and uncertainty. When I am certain about God Plan and who I am in Him

On that note:
One of my hope is to be fluent in Korean and Mandarin. To eventually become a Polyglot 🌼

I would love to know:
Have you ever wanted to learn a new language? Which ones?

When I first saw this quote,
I felt it in my chest😭

This whole time I know fear played a part but jeez I did not know it was the cause of me procrastinating.

I should because they were working closely, but the word Lazy took precedence because that’s the story I was told✨

Procrastination is the result of fear…Laziness for me is Avoidance coping and they all work together to feed my insecurity.

Self-care is not a buzzword that is used to justify and avoid taking responsibility for you.

Self-care includes self-compassion, love, responsibility, etc.

If see ourselves as a garden.

How have you been?

For me…
I’ve been evaluating myself a lot lately from the lens of curiosity. Just to understand how much I’ve matured and what else I need to actively work on.

Words are powerful so I have been working on reflecting on my words and thoughts before I speak. Choosing to address the difference between complaining and saying out loud an observation.

Something I try to do more is to write my thoughts, reflect & understanding before speaking.

There is so much benefit that comes from observing, & understanding before speaking…and keeping the judgment and shame to Zero.
