Introducing Lucy Spanyol Lucy Spanyol
There is something quietly theatrical in Lucy Spanyol’s paintings.

Rooms, figures, animals and objects seem to slip out of ordinary life and into a more elusive space, somewhere between recollection, invention and dream.

Working in watercolour and oil pastel on paper, she builds images with a remarkable lightness of touch. Colour carries the mood, humour appears without warning, and the familiar is often made just strange enough to become newly visible.

A new selection of works by Lucy Spanyol is now available at The Curators.

We’re pleased to introduce Lily Bonnet Lily Bonnet with her first collection at The Curators.

Working through intimate scenes and tightly framed compositions, Bonnet explores presence, distance and the quiet tension between the self and the other.

Faces turn away, bodies remain still, and color becomes almost emotional, vivid, incisive, sometimes unsettling.
A painting practice shaped by tenderness, ambiguity and the strange intensity of looking closely.

Between light and shadow, figures emerge, dissolving between the present and distant memories. Faces fade, bodies become fragmented in an ancient and mythological echo that surfaces within contemporary scenes.

Introducing a new collection by Abhishek Sharma.
Layered landscapes suspended somewhere between the exterior world and an inner one.

Through color, solitude and shifting horizons, Sharma’s paintings turn loneliness into a space for contemplation, a place where something new might emerge.

Closing Party of “ Correspondances “
Saturday, September 5

After a summer of journeys, Correspondances comes to an end.
Nearly 3,000 postcards, sent by more than 1,000 artists from across the world, have travelled through postal offices, borders and hands before finding their place on the walls of the gallery.
An atlas of summer 2026 shaped by geography, chance, intimacy and the desire for human connection.

For the closing night, a selection of postcards will return to movement through an exceptional auction from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.

One last chance to wander through Correspondances, and perhaps take one of these love letters home.
