Created from Fox’s intimate graphite drawings, the works entwine human and botanical forms to reflect on connection, transformation, and the experience of becoming. The series emerged from Fox’s reflections on pregnancy and early motherhood, considering matrescence as a state of doubling, when one body becomes two.

Each work is an archival pigment print, produced in a small, intimate scale that mirrors the quiet intensity of the drawings themselves.

Coming soon: 𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘤𝘢𝘱, a new hand-finished print series by Xiao Wang.

In this work, Wang brings his unmistakable command of light and color to a scene that feels both intimate and psychologically charged. A figure in a striped shirt holds a cocktail on a tray, citrus arranged with almost ceremonial precision. A bandaged finger interrupts the moment, and the face cropped from the frame reappears only as a faint reflection in the metal tray. The stripes echo again in the dark glass behind, creating a subtle collision of spaces.

Drawing on Dutch Golden Age still life traditions, Wang incorporates motifs like cut fruit, spiral lemon peel, and gleaming tableware to build a scene that hovers between desire, anxiety, and contemplation.

Releasing Thursday, December 11 at 1 pm ET through Exhibition A.

In 𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘱/𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘠𝘰𝘳𝘬, Hofer invites viewers into a system where points transform into lines, circulating within a structure inspired by the geometry of circles and Paul Klee’s idea of a line as “a point that has been set in motion.” These loops, crafted with precision yet full of playful intricacy, suggest figurative forms while maintaining a clarity and fluidity that defy chaos.

Hofer, often described as a “drawing architect,” pushes boundaries by extending drawing into the realms of sculpture and installation. His work, rooted in South Tyrol and currently based in Vienna, challenges conventions and opens up infinite possibilities for creative expression.
